Fatty Fish

Fatty fish such as cod, tuna, salmon, herring, and mackerel are amazing sources of vitamin D. One tablespoon (15ml) of cod liver oil contains more than enough vitamin D for a day. Further, fatty fish are a leading source of omega 3 fatty acids, protein, and B vitamins.
