The FUE method is perhaps the most widely-used technique for hair transplants today. This hair transplant process requires doctors to first extract the patient’s healthy hair from a donor area—typically the back of the head—to fill in the areas where hair loss is most noticeable. These hair follicles are first extracted from the donor area and then implanted directly where they are needed to provide full, natural coverage.
